Cycle - After warm-up this class progresses through harder and easier sessions designed to increase your cardio capabilities, while simulating the feel of cycling on the road with up hills, down hills and flat rides. It is followed by a cool down and an easy stretch session.
Pump - Weight training with a twist. Get that body bikini ready as we tone and shape all major muscles and get that heart rate up.
Fifty & Fit - Strength training retards aging through the use of progressive resistance methods by increasing your ability to exert force or resist a force. Designed for most ages and abilities. “Fifty & Fit” will challenge your muscles in a sensible and progressive manner through the use of hand weights, elastic bands, stability balls and body weight movements.
