YOGA

one hour 15 minute class using the practice of postures, breath
work and meditation to lengthen and tone the muscles,
increase/maintain join mobility and range of motion, relieve
stress, produce relaxation and increase body awareness and
postural alignment.
Wear comfortable clothing; bring a towel and an open mind. |
BOOT CAMP
This class is tough but
will be the best hour of your week.
No matter what your activity level, you can come give it
a try. You may have
to modify at first, but will build up your endurance and your
strength and have fun doing it. |
HARDCORE
Back by popular demand,
this class is targeted at giving you the abs you have only
dreamed about. At
the same time, you will work on your strength and endurance and
have the most fun. |
