Water Aerobics Classes

Power Hour - This one-hour cardio class is designed to workout your heart and muscles doing aerobics activity and strength conditioning in the water for a full body workout. You will be sure to feel this one!

Bodies in Motion - A cardiovascular workout designed to firm your body and make you feel younger; becoming more physically fit.

Body Works - You get out of this just what you are willing to put into it with cardio workout. It is designed to achieve your target heart rate, which improves cardio/respiratory endurance. The class will include repetitive excercies of jogging in place, kicking, reaching and jumping. Abi says "It's not worth getting wet unless you work hard!"

Water Works - Total body conditioning in both shallow and deep water using flotation devices. Improve cardiovascular fitness, increase strength and endurance and enjoy the benefits of medium impact water excerises. This class can serve as an introduction to aerobic classes and is also appropriate for anyone recovering from injury, sugery, or illness.
