POWER HOUR
This one-hour cardio
class is designed to workout your heart and muscles doing aerobic
activity and strength conditioning in the water for a full body
workout. You will be
sure to feel this one!

BODY WORKS
You get out of this class
just what you are willing to put into it with cardio workout.
It is designed to achieve your target heart rate, which
improves cardio/respiratory endurance.
The class will include repetitive exercises of jogging in
place, kicking, reaching and jumping.
Abi says, Its not work getting wet unless you work hard!

WATER WORKS
Total body conditioning
program in both shallow and deep water using flotation devices.
Improve cardiovascular fitness, increase strength and
endurance and enjoy the benefits of medium impact water exercises.
This class can serve as an introduction to aerobic classes
and is also appropriate for anyone recovering from injury, surgery
or illness.
